Pulsed magnets up to 60 tesla. Cryostats down to 500 millikelvin. Pulse rise-time 1 - 10 milliseconds. Can perform high-field, low-temperature measurements of powder and single-crystal samples. Techniques currently available include compensated-coil magnetometry; de Haas-van Alphen; RF contactless conductivity, penetration depth and susceptibility. Large, highly conductive samples not appropriate. Limited sample space.
