MAGPIX multiplexing platform

The MAGPIX system is a versatile multiplexing platform capable of performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of proteins and nucleic acids in a variety of sample matrices. MAGPIX is a compact fluorescent-based detection system, capable of simultaneously measuring up to 50 targets of interest in a single microtiter well. It is compatible with magnetic beads only. The machine currently is used to study cytokines, adipokines, gut hormones, markers of vascular function and various other proteins but can be used in a variety of applications. xPONENT software is used for quantitative analysis and data visualisation.
