The Bio-Plex 200 system is a versatile multiplexing platform capable of performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of proteins and nucleic acids in a variety of sample matrices. It is a compact fluorescent-based detection system, capable of simultaneously measuring up to 100 targets of interest in a single microtiter well. It is compatible with magnetic and non-magetic beads. The machine currently is used to study cytokines, chemokines, various other proteins and nucleic acids but can be used in a variety of applications. Bio-Plex Manager software is used for quantitative analysis and data visualisation.
