Manage users
Go to the 'View, add or edit users' page.
Add users
- Select 'Add users
- Input the first name, last name, email address and job role (all fields are mandatory)
- Add more users by selecting '+Add'.
- Once you have added all users, select 'Review
- Review all the users' details are correct and select 'Confirm' to enable access to the data management platform.
Export users
- Select the users you would like to export using the checkboxes (or click on the checkbox in the header to select all)
- Select "Export selected"
- Review your selection, the fields you would like to include in the export, and the export format.
- The selected users will be downloaded as a file in your chosen format.
Nominated contact
When we initially add you as an API user to establish the connection to the data management platform, you will be assigned as the nominated API user contact person for the institution. The nominated contact details will appear on the public site as the contact for the institution (not for individual equipment records).
If you want to change the nominated API user contact name that appears on the public site, please contact us at help@jisc.ac.uk with “Equipment Data Service” in the subject line.
