How to log in

• Navigate to the Equipment Data Service site
• Select login on the top right-hand corner of the site header
• Enter your registered email address
• You will be sent a one-time code to your email address
• Enter the code to sign in to the data management platform

Issues with logging in

With login details

If you have previously logged into the system and are now unable to log in, contact the team at help@jisc.ac.uk with 'Equipment Data Service' in the subject line.

Without login details

• If your institution has not yet been added to the system as a designated equipment register owner, you will need to complete the institution submission form found at this link Equipment Data Submission Form. We will then add your institution and create an account for you.
• If your institution is using the service but you don’t have an account, speak to the lead user at your institution who will create an account for you. You can search for the contact at your institution on the contact page /need to add link to the contact page here/.
